Holiday Cheer to Benefit Road Recovery with Rufus Wainwright + Diane Birch + Simon Kirke

Not to be mistaken with WFUV's annual event of the same name, this Holiday Cheer showcase is a benefit for Road Recovery, a nonprofit organization that aims to help young people fight addiction. It's also probably the only place you'll ever see flamboyant troubadour Rufus Wainwright, gritty ingenue Diane Birch and Bad Company veteran Simon Kirke share a stage—less of a challenge than it might seem, given the deep reserves of soul each artist commands.
