In many ways, listening to the bro-rap piffle of Hoodie Allen gives you the same effect as staring at a photocopy of a photocopy of a photocopy—you start to forget what he's trying to replicate. It's probably Mac Miller, though. Also on the bill is Maryland MC Michael "Wax" Jones, who purveys easygoing, lovably self-deprecating pop-rap—in other words, the good kind of fratty hip-hop.
