Hubert Sumlin + David Johansen

B.B. King’s guitar peer Hubert Sumlin is much sought after these days as a Delta original, even though the almost-80-year-old Arkansas native’s career didn’t actually take off until he left the South to work with Howlin’ Wolf in Chicago in 1954. Tonight he joins New York Dolls legend David Johansen in this "Howlin' for Hubert" showcase at B.B. King's.
