For the past 10 years, Gotham Chamber Opera and its charismatic music director, Neal Goren, have been at the forefront of the boutique opera revolution. Following the world premiere of Nico Muhly's shadowy polygamist drama Dark Sisters last November, the company lightens the mood for its 10th anniversary season with a revival of its first-ever production. It's a delightful take on this dream-induced monodrama, penned by a 15-year-old Mozart and staged here by opera visionary Christopher Alden, who directed an odd and triumphant Così fan tutte at New York City Opera last month. The capable cast includes Michele Angelini, Marie-Ève Munger, Susannah Biller, Rachel Willis-Sørenson, Arthur Espiritu, and Chad A. Johnson.
