If not always musically interesting, Jakob Dylan has, at the very least, made himself into a fairly well-rounded songwriter. He hits town tonight in support of his latest LP, Women and Country—alas, without its star backing singer, Neko Case. Still, these new songs have a pleasingly spooky edge.
