Jamie Masefield and the Jazz Mandolin Project

For more than 15 years and through a variety of lineups with sidemen including Jon Fishman of Phish and Greg Cohen of John Zorn's Masada, the Jazz Mandolin Project has been expanding people's perception of what the mandolin is capable of doing. Chalk it up to leader Jamie Masefield's imagination and dexterity, as well as a sound and vibe that appeal to jam-band partisans.
