Frank Wildhorn and Leslie Bricusse's 1997 horror show may well be the dumbest musical ever to run for more than three years on Broadway, but there's no denying the appeal of those big, soaring, ice-skating-ready melodies. The 54 Below concert reunites the overqualified stars of the show's 2006 concept album, Rob Evan and new Actors Equity prez Kate Shindle.
