Expect an evening of transporting drone as industrial provocateur JG Thirlwell teams with avant-guitar luminary Sarah Lipstate (best known for her work under the Noveller moniker). Openers for the Oct 4 show (a David Lynch Foundation benefit) include the Soft Pink Truth—the solo project of Matmos's Drew Daniel, who attempts a queer-themed send-up of black metal on his latest, Why Do the Heather Rage?—and art-pop singer-songwriter Dominique Leone.
