No word on exactly what to expect from this pairing of former Parts & Labor drummer Jim Sykes and ex–U.S. Maple guitarist Mark Shippy—the two worked together in Marnie Stern's band—but we imagine that some form of skewed and/or dreamy avant-rock is on the menu.
