Time Out says

The PEN World Voices Festival jumps on the Cage bandwagon with a daylong interactive installation based on John Cage's mythic performance piece, during which he improvised a 30-minute monologue guided by 10 randomly shuffled cards each featuring a discussion topic. The recording of Cage's original performance will be combined with versions by Israeli writer Etgar Keret (12pm), Kronos violinist David Harrington (5pm), and Bosnian-American author Aleksandar Hemon and poet Sonia Sanchez (7pm). Audience members, chosen by lottery at 12:30pm, will also have the chance to deliver their own renditions during the afternoon. Visit symphonyspace.org for the complete schedule of events.
