The Jupiters take us through the classical music solar system with a program of "Russian Gems." The evening features Krein's Esquisses hébraïques, Glière's Ten Duets for Two Cellos (Op. 53), Rachmaninoff's String Quartet No. 1 and Taneyev's String Quintet No. 1 in G major (Op. 14). The performers include Mikhail Kopelman on solo violin, plus chamber players Lisa Shihoten, Dov Scheindlin, Bronwyn Banerdt, Serafim Smigelskiy and Vadim Lando.
