Senegalese kora virtuoso Diali Cissokho comes from a long line of griot musicians and fronts the bright, twinkly combo Kaira Ba. Mellifluous sounds are assured. Opening the show is Benyoro, which, in the West African language Bambara, translates as "meeting place." That seems pretty apt given that this band's members hail from Mali, Martinique and Wisconsin, and mix traditional motifs with funksome flavors and grooves galore.
