Karina Denike, former singer of the ska band Dance Hall Crashers, comes east from San Francisco in solo mode. Also on the bill is Bushwick Book Club creator Susan Hwang, who leads her charmingly old-fashioned all-gal combo, the Debutante Hour, in quirky, accordion-accompanied song.
