No, it's not Cracker's second album, but an alt-rock cover band composed of local indie celebs: wry, Dylanish songsmith Miles Benjamin Anthony Robinson, Johnny Hunt and Simon O'Connor of Amazing Baby, Pan of art-pop combo Suckers, and Will Berman of MGMT fame.
