Lady Gaga

Lady Gaga relishes the fracas, and she's done little to avoid the spotlight of controversy with her part-art, part-spectacle pop music performances. Luckily, the music and its related aesthetic output have been largely irresistible pop diamonds like "Poker Face" and "Bad Romance," which certainly elevate Gaga to star status of the highest magnitude. If the music ever slips, though, maybe people would be less willing to put up with the contrarian diva's antics, but for the time being, she's on an absolute roll.
