Chase Latino Cultural Festival. León Gieco, an Argentine folk-rock icon, has been dubbed his country's Bob Dylan; tonight he gets the star treatment, headlining a bill shared with a clutch of New York's foremost Latin American artists spanning a range of jazzy and folkloric styles. (You can also catch Gieco on Fri 6 and Sat 7 at the AMC Empire 26 theater in Manhattan, where he'll play a ten-minute set prior to a prime-time screening of Mundo Alas, his documentary about young Argentine artists living with disabilities.)
