Given that the Stone's September programming is being overseen by two percussionists (Joey Baron and Robyn Schulkowsky), it stands to reason that the month will be chock-full of prodigious drumming talent. Nasheet Waits, best known for his work in Jason Moran's Bandwagon, appears at 8pm with saxophonist Abraham Burton and bassist John Hébert; swinger's swinger Lewis Nash follows at 10pm with collaborators to be named.
