Lotion + Edsel

Clinton-era indie rock gets a revival at the Merc tonight, with influential NYC combo Lotion playing its now-yearly reunion gig (which began last year at Brooklyn's Royal Flush Festival). Expect to hear from its 1991-98 catalog, including excellent debut Full Isaac. Also playing is D.C. outfit Edsel, dusting off its hook-laden post-hardcore (the group hasn't gigged since 2000).
