Lucy Shelton and the Talujon Percussion Ensemble

The adventuresome soprano and masters of rhythmic sorcery come together to perform Alberto Ginastera's rarely heard Cantata Para America Magica. Adding to the Latin flavor, guitarist David Leisner will perform Ginastera's Guitar Sonata and pianist Ursula Oppens will be on hand for Night Music I, George Crumb's mystical setting of Lorca, and Crumb's Voice of the Whale.
