Manhattan Choral Ensemble

This inventive young choir juxtaposes the music of Mozart's Salzburg, Austria with early-American choral pieces composed at the same time. Mozart's Solemn Vespers will be performed alongside music by Billings, Belcher and Morgan. A world premiere by local composer Trevor Weston adds a modern twist to the evening.
