Martha Reeves and the Vandellas

Martha Reeves and the Vandellas, who once sang backup for Marvin Gaye, were a bluesier version of the Supremes, and tonight the golden-voiced singer & Co. break out the hits at B.B. King’s. The evening will almost certainly culminate in “Dancing in the Streets,” which we’d call an uninspired choice if it wasn’t so damn good.
