Matthias Loibner and Natasa Mirkovic

In an event copresented by the Austrian Cultural Forum, Matthias Loibner wrings unheard-of sounds from an archaic implement, the hurdy-gurdy. Joining him is vocalist Natasa Mirkovic, with whom Loibner recently recorded a unique take on Schubert's death-besotted song cycle Winterreise.
