"Igor Meets Gioachino" is the casual name for tonight's Mannes Opera program, a double bill of seldom-encountered one-act operas by Stravinsky and Rossini, respectively. Conceived and conducted by Joseph Colaneri, the pairing plays up subtle continuities by setting both works in the same Parisian household, 100 years apart. The afternoon performance is semistaged and the evening fully dramatized; both are free but require tickets, available in advance at the Kaye Playhouse box office.
