Midnight Magic

Tipping the scales at nine members, Brooklyn outfit Midnight Magic certainly makes the floorboards creak, although that’s at least partially due to the onstage antics of electrifying frontwoman Tiffany Roth. Her arresting live presence and powerful voice call to mind iconic artists like Chaka Khan and Grace Jones. Add a tight-knit group of extraordinary musicians, comprising bass guitar, keyboards, percussion and a horn section, and you’ve got yourself one heck of a show.
