Mission of Burma + Buke and Gass

In the early '80s, the fabled Boston combo Mission of Burma came out blazing with a bracing blend of cerebral experimentation and punk-derived aggression, then burned out prematurely before the world could catch up. Now the band is playing behind three (in a row!) excellent reunion albums. The old dudes keep it fierce live; see them if you haven't before. Opening tonight's show is the fascinating, justly buzzed-about prog-folk duo Buke and Gass.
