New Classics for the Flute

The centerpiece of this program from the innovative flutist Immanuel Davis is a jazzy new sonata by the reclusive Russian composer Nikolai Kapustin. Music by Kenji Bunch, Heitor Villa-Lobos, Carl Vine and Erwin Schulhoff rounds out this stylistically versatile program.
