As if 180 degrees weren't enough, the New York Philharmonic plays to an audience in the round at the Park Avenue Armory drill hall. Led by Alan Gilbert, the ensemble will perform spatial music including Pierre Boulez's Rituel in memoriam Bruno Maderna, the Act I Finale of Don Giovanni, Stockhausen's Gruppen, and Ives's The Unanswered Question.
