Nightingale String Quartet

Scandinavia House's three-concert tribute to the Royal Danish Academy of Music, which celebrates its centennial this year, kicks off with this accomplished student ensemble that will play works by Denmark's most renowned composer, Carl Nielsen, as well as 20th-century Danish maverick Rued Langgaard. Schubert's exquisite Death and the Maiden closes out the program.
