Noah and the Megafauna + Kelli Scarr

L.A. combo Noah and the Megafauna weaves Django Reinhardt's Gypsy jazz motifs into its dark folk sound—fans of the Bad Seeds, Beirut and Devotchka are sure to dig the band's stirring debut album, Anthems for a Stateless Nation.
