Nobuyuki Tsujii

The first Japanese pianist to take home gold at the 2009 Van Cliburn Competition is set to dazzle New York audiences for the first time with a fiery recital featuring Beethoven’s Sonata No. 17 (“The Tempest”), Mussorgsky’s Pictures at an Exhibition, John Musto’s Improvisation and Fugue, and a pair of Liszt tunes, “Un sospiro from Trois etudes de concert, No. 3" and his arrangement of Rigoletto.
