Ollabelle

Blues singer Amy Helm—daughter of Levon—heads up NYC roots fusioneers Ollabelle. Named after rural songwriter Ola Belle Reed, the band is now celebrating its Verve Forecast debut, Riverside Battle Songs, which plays like a husky, earthy take on Plant and Krauss's Raisin' Sand; no huge surprise given it was mixed by T-Bone Burnett.
