Opera Moderne + Hot Box Burlesque Review

The promising upstart opera company joins forces with pinup-style burlesque troupe the Hot Box Girls for this femme evening that doubles as a fund-raiser for women's charity Bottomless Closet. Music for the opera portion, which gets underway at 7:30pm, was written exclusively by lady composers, including Clara Schumann, Libby Larsen, Amy Beach and Rebecca Clarke.
