Orchestre National de Jazz + John Hollenbeck Large Ensemble

Led by bassist and composer Daniel Yvinec, the 25-year-old Orchestre National de France visits Gotham to celebrate its new album, Shut Up and Dance, a gorgeous session devoted to sophisticated new charts by NYC drummer and bandleader John Hollenbeck. Sharing this Undead Jazz bill is Hollenbeck's own space-age orchestra, with singers Kate McGarry and Theo Bleckmann and pianist Uri Caine.
