This multiroom dance club was hailed as the savior of NYC nightlife even before it opened in 2013. A great night out! Incredible rooftop with views of the Empire State and Midtown with a full on club below playing all the tunes. Also a great day to night venue because of the rooftop and drinks weren't too expensive either, in comparison to other areas such as the Wythe Hotel next door.
Ah... The Funktion-One! What more can I say? But really, the sound is impeccable. World-class DJs every week. It can be a little overwhelming on a Friday or Saturday night, but there are also plenty of weekday shindigs (Thursdays are always fun), and the Panther Room can be a great place to catch some local talent on the best sound-system in the world.
