Currently operating sans its classic-period frontman, Udo Dirkschneider (the voice that brought you "Balls to the Wall"), veteran German hard-rock crew Accept plays in support of its new Blood of the Nations effort, which staunchly refuses to turn over any new leaves. New Jersey anthemic-thrash titans Overkill take the headlining slot, and rightfully so: Their latest, 2010's Ironbound, is an absolute rager, a cyclone of double-bass chugs and whiplash riffage.
