The work of Adam "Owl City" Young can come off as cloyingly twee, but we give the Owatonna, MN, electropop sensation props for his pristine production skills and classy melodic know-how. If you dug Young's previous work, you'll no doubt flip for his new one, All Things Bright and Beautiful. (By the same token, if you hated "Fireflies" and the rest, we suggest steering well clear.)
