Since the release of 2006's Slightly Sorry, humble folk-rock star Pat "P.G. Six" Gubler has been bringing a swinging quartet-plus around with him; they may play a relatively raucous set standing up, or a cooler, more sedate one seated. Either way, you win, especially if Helen Rush is on hand to sing "The End of Winter," a piece so lovely you can almost hear time pausing while it plays.
