P.G. Six + Meg Baird + Gunn-Truscinski Duo

P.G. Six is the project of Patrick Gubler, lifelong New Yorker, member of the Tower Recordings collective and talented singer–multi-instrumentalist. Here the folk-rock craftsman plays in support of Starry Mind, which deftly balances his rootsy and psychedelic impulses. Meg Baird sets the stage with her haunting, archaic-sounding folk, while guitarist Steve Gunn and drummer John Truscinski deliver their pleasingly droney avant-blues.
