Pacha Massive + Zigmat

Latin Alternative Music Conference. Pacha Massive is the Bronx duo of Dominican-born guitarist-keyboardist-producer Nova and Colombian-born singer-bassist Maya. Their music is a seductively funky mash-up of traditional Latin grooves and electronica. Brooklyn's Zigmat plays punky songs spiked with electronics; occasionally, singer Monica Rodriguez switches to Spanish. The international flavor is part Yeah Yeah Yeahs, part Brazilian Girls.
