The latest album from Wisconsin duo Peaking Lights, 936, is a masterwork of mood and tone; though it won't grab you by the lapels, if you give it a chance, its gentle psychedelic haze offers a high no drug can match. Trying to counterbalance the chill is Denver psych-rock standout Woodsman.
