Broadway royalty Tommy Tune codirects the nightclub return of veteran cabaret and cruise-line singer Peggy Herman, who devotes her set to the songs of Mame and Hello, Dolly! composer Jerry Herman, with a nod to Ethel Merman (which, as rhymes go, at least beats sermon and vermin).
