Piers Faccini and Dom La Nena

Young Brazilian cellist and singer-songwriter Dom La Nena floats her voice about multi-tracked cello plucks—a burnished, bossa Joanna Newsom, if you will. It's lovely stuff, and the musician has toured with Jane Birkin and Jeanne Moreau. On Sept 20, she teams up with low-light singer-songwriter Piers Faccini, who produced her debut album, Ela, for an intimate show at the Living Room, where Faccini will debut songs from his new album, Between Dogs and Wolves.
