Boxcar balladeer Pokey LaFarge mixes ragtime, country-blues and Western swing; sings a little like Hank Williams; and wears a natty bow tie. No surprise, then, that his 2013 self-titled album found a home on Jack White's authen-tastic Third Man Records.
