Poundcake

The excellent Teddy Thompson (yes, the singing son of U.K. folk legends Richard and Linda Thompson) heads Poundcake—a cover band dedicated to Sun Studios–era rock & roll (Johnny Cash, Roy Orbison, Tammy Wynette and so on). Be charmed, or be a heartless grump. Here, the band plays with six different guest ax men, including Scott Metzger, Jason Loughlin and Scott Sharrard.
