Que Bajo: LAMC Edition

Que Bajo resident Uproot Andy and Geko Jones hit Tribeca to play tropical-bass rhythms—digital cumbia, African house, Latin mash-ups, dancehall and the like are all on the menu—in Santos’s downstairs room. Tonight's fiesta, part of the ongoing Latin Alternative Music Conference (latinalternative.com), features the Panama-born, Bay Area–based Los Rakas, a microphone-fiend duo that blends hip-hop, reggae and dancehall beats with Spanish and English wordsmithery.
