Radio Radio + The Pack A.D. + Red Mass + Random Recipe + The Luyas and more

CMJ Music Marathon. We're guessing Montreal combo Radio Radio is named after the Elvis Costello single, such are it's crisp new-wave guitars—but these guys throw in outrageously funksome grooves, rap and ’70s style falsetto choruses, too. They're an undeniably excellent live proposition, in other words. Also recommended on this bill are fellow Canadians the Luyas, whose delicate chamber pop is more akin to Arcade Fire.
