Rasputina + Eszter Balint with Chris Cochrane

The cello-led Rasputina continues to explore Victorian imagery, light gothic atmosphere and even lighter electronic flourishes in celebration of seventh album Sister Kinderhook. In the opening slot, Eszter Balint performs music that fuses the clear-eyed folk of Sandy Denny with the ’90s flair of artists such as Solex and Polly Jean Harvey.
