Local troupe Real Estate has planted its flag in early-VU territory, full of great intros and heady hums—stoned summertime music, in other words. Touring forever behind its self-titled debut and a 12-inch called Reality, the band has a new song, "It's Real," which promises bright things for its Domino debut, Days, slated for release Oct 18.
