Real Estate + Kurt Vile

Local troupe Real Estate has planted its flag in early-VU territory, full of great intros and heady hums—stoned summertime music, in other words. Opening is Kurt Vile, a tuneful Philadelphia psych-pop artist whose work tilts at times toward the disconcertingly raw. Tonight he celebrates the release of a new EP, Square Shells (Matador).
