Red Fang + Torche + Whores

Portland, OR's Red Fang does melodic, boogified doom with cool proggy flourishes; fans of Clutch, Mastodon, et al. will likely approve. At this gig, you're bound to hear from the band's most recent LP, Only Ghosts. In the opening slots, Torche specializes in gushingly melodic alt metal—like biker rock for Beatles fiends—while Atlanta's Whores offer no-nonsense ’90s noise rock in the vein of Unsane, Helmet, Karp and the like.
